1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, registering for, or using Moveler, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as the applicable Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the platform.

2. Who We Are and What Moveler Offers

Moveler is a digital platform related to travel, movies, and TV series that allows users to, among other things:

  • discover filming locations of movies and TV series;
  • view contextual information about audiovisual works and their filming locations;
  • register and create a user account;
  • receive AI-assisted travel suggestions and itineraries;
  • interact with maps, listings, recommendations, and related content;
  • participate in a community with a social, Reddit-style format where users can post, comment, rate, and share content.

Moveler may update, modify, expand, limit, or discontinue features at any time, with or without prior notice, where reasonably necessary for operational, technical, legal, or security reasons.

3. Eligibility and User Accounts

To access certain features, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep it updated.

You are responsible for:

  • maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials;
  • all activity that occurs under your account;
  • promptly notifying us of any unauthorized access or suspected misuse.

Moveler may suspend or terminate accounts if it detects violations of these Terms, fraudulent activity, abusive conduct, technical manipulation of the platform, or risks to other users or the service.

4. AI Travel Planning Services

Moveler may provide travel-planning functions and recommendations generated or assisted by artificial intelligence. These features are provided for informational and support purposes only.

Moveler does not guarantee that AI-generated recommendations will be accurate, complete, real-time, suitable for a particular purpose, or free from errors, omissions, or outdated information. Users are responsible for independently verifying any information relevant to their travel plans, including availability, schedules, prices, immigration requirements, local conditions, reservations, safety, accessibility, and applicable regulations.

AI suggestions do not constitute professional, legal, financial, medical, or safety advice.

5. Third-Party Content, Movies, Series, and Contextual Information

The platform may display references to movies, TV series, titles, character names, filming locations, synopses, metadata, images, posters, stills, promotional materials, trademarks, or other elements associated with third-party works.

Such materials belong to their respective owners. Moveler does not claim ownership of those elements except for original content created by Moveler itself.

The inclusion of titles, images, or audiovisual references on Moveler is intended for identification, reference, informational, cultural, editorial, or user experience enhancement purposes within the service.

6. Intellectual Property and Images from Movies and TV Series

All software, design, compilations, databases, original texts, proprietary graphic elements, features, trademarks, code, structure, selection, and arrangement of the service are owned by Moveler or its licensors and are protected by applicable law.

With respect to images, posters, stills, promotional visuals, or other materials related to movies or TV series:

  • Moveler respects the copyrights and other intellectual property rights of third parties.
  • Moveler does not claim or imply ownership of such materials when they belong to third parties.
  • Such materials are displayed only to the extent permitted by applicable law, license, authorization, lawful embedding, authorized sources, public domain status, open licenses, or any other valid legal basis that may apply in each case.
  • Their use on the platform is complementary, informational, or illustrative in nature and does not imply transfer, sale, independent commercial exploitation, or substitution for the original work.
  • All trademarks, trade names, titles, and audiovisual materials of third parties remain the property of their respective owners, and their appearance on Moveler does not imply affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement unless expressly stated otherwise.

If you are a rights holder and believe that any content infringes your rights, you may contact us at info@moveler.app with your identification, the work concerned, the URL or location of the disputed content, the basis for your claim, and your contact information. Moveler may review, limit, remove, or block the content while the request is being assessed.

7. Community and User-Generated Content

Moveler may include community spaces where users can publish content, opinions, questions, answers, reviews, experiences, images, recommendations, comments, or other materials.

Each user is solely responsible for the content they publish, share, or distribute on the platform. Moveler does not guarantee the accuracy, legality, originality, usefulness, or reliability of user-generated content.

Moveler does not assume prior editorial responsibility for content posted by users. However, Moveler reserves the right, without being obligated to do so, to moderate, review, hide, restrict, or remove content and to suspend accounts in order to preserve a respectful, safe, and suitable environment for the community.

Moveler promotes and seeks to maintain a positive environment within the community, but does not guarantee the total absence of inappropriate conduct by third parties.

8. License to User Content

By posting content on Moveler, you represent and warrant that you have the necessary rights, permissions, or licenses to do so.

You also grant Moveler a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license, for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the service, to host, store, reproduce, technically adapt, communicate, display, and distribute such content solely for the purpose of operating, promoting, improving, and maintaining the platform.

This license ends to a reasonable extent when you delete the content or your account, except where retention is required for legal obligations, backups, dispute resolution, or where the content has already been shared by other users through the platform's features.

9. Rules of Conduct and Prohibited Uses

You may not use Moveler to:

  • violate laws or the rights of third parties;
  • publish unlawful, defamatory, violent, threatening, discriminatory, hateful, harassing, pornographic, or misleading content;
  • infringe copyrights, trademarks, image rights, privacy rights, or other rights;
  • impersonate others or misrepresent affiliations;
  • collect data from other users without authorization;
  • introduce malware, malicious bots, abusive scrapers, or interfere with the security or availability of the service;
  • manipulate payment systems, subscriptions, reputations, votes, or metrics;
  • use the platform for spam, fraud, or unlawful activities;
  • publish content that seriously harms community coexistence.

10. Subscriptions, Pricing, and Payments

Moveler may offer free plans and paid plans with different features, limits, or benefits.

The pricing, features, billing frequency, and conditions of each subscription will be those displayed at the time of purchase within the platform.

Subscription payments are processed by Stripe or other payment providers that may be indicated from time to time. As a general rule, Moveler does not store full card numbers or directly process sensitive financial data where such data is handled by the external payment provider.

Moveler is responsible for defining, displaying, and updating subscription pricing and enabling or disabling features based on the selected plan, but payment processing, transaction authorization, and certain security validations are handled by the external payment provider.

We may change prices, plans, or features in the future. Where the change is material and applies to active subscriptions, users will be informed with reasonable prior notice where applicable.

Unless otherwise required by law or expressly stated in a specific policy, amounts already charged are non-refundable once the relevant subscription period has begun.

11. Cancellation, Suspension, and Termination

You may stop using the platform at any time. You may also cancel your subscription in accordance with the options available in your account or through the method used to subscribe.

Moveler may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the service or certain features if these Terms are violated, where there is legal risk, fraud, abuse, a request from a competent authority, or technical or security issues.

12. Accuracy of Information and Availability of the Service

Although we strive to keep the information useful and up to date, Moveler does not guarantee that filming locations, production details, images, texts, maps, recommendations, links, or third-party content will always be accurate, complete, available, or current.

The service is provided subject to availability. Interruptions, errors, delays, maintenance, or third-party failures may occur.

13. Third-Party Links and Services

The platform may contain links to or integrations with third-party services, including payment providers, maps, accommodation providers, booking services, flights, hotels, forums, analytics tools, or social networks.

Moveler does not control such third-party services and is not responsible for their content, policies, availability, practices, or terms. Your use of third-party services is subject to the terms and policies of the relevant third party.

14. Disclaimer of Warranties

Moveler is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. Moveler disclaims, to the extent permitted by applicable law, all express or implied warranties, including without limitation warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, continuity, accuracy, or error-free operation.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Moveler, its directors, employees, collaborators, partners, affiliates, and suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, data, opportunities, bookings, travel plans, content, or use arising out of or related to the use of, or inability to use, the service.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where such exclusion is not permitted by applicable law.

16. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Moveler from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of:

  • your use of the platform;
  • your content;
  • your breach of these Terms;
  • your infringement of any third-party rights.

17. Minors

Moveler is not intended to be used in violation of applicable laws relating to minors. If required by applicable law, minors must use the platform only with the involvement, consent, or supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

18. Changes to These Terms

Moveler may modify these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, users will be informed by reasonable means before they become effective. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of the updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

19. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the applicable country or jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer protection laws of the user's place of residence provide otherwise.

Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of the applicable city or country, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

20. Contact
